Job Summary
- Our Client is hiring a results-driven Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
- The Sales Representative will be responsible for day-to-day prospecting and getting clients for the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop personally tailored solutions for clients
- Follow through on deals approved by clients and Maintain proper documentation of actions taken on behalf of clients Maintaining relationships with existing and new customers
- Resolving customer's complaints regarding sales and services
- Ensure that sales policies and procedures are strictly adhered to, while maintaining maximum confidentiality, and recommend disciplinary action wherever necessary
- Regular updating of customers information on the company's data base.
- Managing billings and delivery of purchased items and ensuring it is done timely and within considerable time frame.
Qualifications
- OND qualification
- Minimum of 2 year(s) experience in renewable energy (Inverters & Batteries preferred) Sales driven and customer focused.
