We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Deputy Manufacturing Manager

Location: Lagos

Duties

• Tactical responsibility for implementing manufacturing strategy and operational goals to exceed management and customer expectations for product quality, cost and delivery, maximizing efficiency, optimizing production levels and driving operational excellence.
• Assist Plant Head in preparing the annual Manufacturing budget and forecasts.
• Assessing resource requirements.
• Production Planning, Schedule, and distribution.
• Ensure Quality of Products.
• Manage Inventory of Production Warehouse.
• Setting Goals/KPIs of team members and performance assessment.
• Contribute in New Product Development.
• Cost Reduction.
• Plan new product and validation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related Engineering courses .
• Master’s degree is an advantage.
• 12- 15  years' experience.
