We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Brief

  • We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated with significant experience within Nigerian/African sports market.

Responsibilities for

  • Define pricing strategies and Achieving revenue targets in specified Ad Sales
  • Identify potential local advertisers and converting them into actual sales
  • Active engagement with the Capital Market contacts and key stakeholders; understand and analyse their business needs.
  • Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
  • Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
  • Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
  • Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members.
  • Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Media or Communications studies, Marketing or any related field.
  • A Master's Degree in sales or marketing will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of six (6) years’ experience.
  • 3 - 4 years relevant experience in sales.
  • Strong presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Strong interest and working knowledge of Nigerian/African sports or markets
  • Proven new business development, relationship and territory management knowledge and experience
  • Highly articulate and confident in sales approach and strategy.
