We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quality Inspector

Location: Lagos

Duties

• Ensure that JMG LTD is producing the best coated canopies for the generating sets.
• Monitor staff during surface preparation sessions and make sure they are complying with the company’s quality rules and regulations.
• Inspect all the parts after surface preparation session before starting the coating process.
• Select and inspect good quality products and enforce the rework of defected canopies.
• Ensure Quality Control and Assurance is done by Powder Coating staff in accordance to company’s policies and procedures.
• Inspect coated samples canopy parts and make sure it is complying with quality systems.
• Take up IMS responsibilities such as reporting unsafe act, condition or procedure in the work place, participating in fire or emergency drill at work, participating in incident reporting and investigation when necessary and adherence to Company policies.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree in Quality Engineering or Quality Management or equivalent. Any Quality Certifications such as Quality Auditor, Quality Improvement Associate, Six Sigma Certifications would be a plus.
• 3-5 years of proven work
• Experience in quality inspection, auditing and testing in a manufacturing environment and/or in the quality field
