Job Title: Admin, Management Information System (MIS)

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Oversee management information systems; OSMIS (participant database), Salesforce, CAMWC Website.
• Maintained working knowledge of WIA, Welfare Reform, TAA, WP and all other WIB-funded programs.
• Provided technical assistance and act as liaison to contractors/service providers on MIS issues.
• Generated reports for granting authorities, WDB/LEO boards, program management staff, and contractors/service providers.
• Developed and provided training as necessary for management information systems, data management, performance issues, and other topics as necessary.
• Compiled, synthesized, and analyzed data and data sets for purposes of grant writing.
• Performed desktop monitoring of entries into management information systems and disburse written guidelines, clarifications/strategies for effective data management.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND / B.Sc in related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in similar industry.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel.
