We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Resident Manager

Location: Owerri, Imo

Summary

  • The responsibilities of a Resident Manager is to manage the day to day operations of all current and future real estate development projects in the southeastern states of Nigeria in line with company policy and brand standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in maximizing all areas of profitability through revenue generation and productivity
  • Ensure increased levels of client and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain administrative records, materials, plant and equipment
  • Prospection and business development of company activities, service lines and operations
  • Ensure that all staff within each department are adequately trained and developed in line with company policy and health and safety standards
  • Responsible for administrative, human and financial management and budgeting
  • Ensure consistency of brand standards and a high level of performance and service delivery

Qualifications
We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum of B.Sc in Architecture, Engineering, Estate Management with a MSc Program in Project Management, Construction Management or Real Estate
  • Experience in residential and commercial property management and the industry will be an advantage
  • At least 5 years experience in an Executive role in the real estate industry or business development position
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office

  • Have the ability to work with tight deadlines and budgets
  • Have great communication and team working skills
  • Have an understanding of all building regulations, health and safety regulations and first aid
  • Have the ability to communicate with a wide range or professionals
  • Have the ability to adapt and adjust to changes in the work schedule/work plan
  • Have a good understanding of legal responsibilities and welfare issues
  • Have a positive attitude, customer service oriented, team player, and great organization and negotiation skills
  • Have the ability to understand and mediate issues (ex: occupational health, legal, behavioral, safety, etc.)
