Job Detail
- An Outlet Supervisor ensures the smooth running of the outlet on daily basis by supervising all activities and making sure that all meals are prepared and presented appropriately.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND in Food Science and Technology, Home Science and Nutrition, Hotel Management or any other related field of study.
- Must have 3-7 years work experience
- Food Protection Manager certification or Food Service Management Professional (FMP) accreditation is an added advantage.
- Excellent managerial, organizational and problem-solving skills.
