We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Oyo, Ibadan

Job Description
Include but not limited to the following:

  • Development and execution of the institute’s marketing activities on all digital and social media platforms
  • Generating quality leads for programs and products using precise digital tools and strategies
  • Follow-up and Converting leads into viable clients
  • Maintain active digital presence for the institute through regular development and posting of engaging contents and Decide on appropriate placement of ads
  • Develop scripts and produce video promotional materials for digital usage 
  • Analyze web metrics and use the analytics in building web presence 
  • Use SEO in improving the accessibility and visibility 
  • Develop CRM Strategies for different promotional campaigns of the institute 
  • Analyze and manage budgets for pay per click campaigns with optimal performance
  • Create professional and engaging videos and animations for commercial purposes 
  • Create contents that engage, inform and captivate client community 
  • Research advertising trends
  • Research competitors’ pricing and products
  • Determine what content will reach customers
  • Implement email marketing campaigns
  • Measure digital traffic
  • Monitor social media and Google Analytics
  • Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools
  • Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders
  • Scale campaigns to maximize ROI
  • Monitor project status and budget
  • Conduct market research to inform campaigns

Qualifications

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Experience in Managing Digital Sales Campaign for Cooperate Organizations 
  • Experience or Training in Digital Marketing is compulsory
  • Advanced understanding in the usage of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram,LinkedIn and Google+ for commercial campaigns
  • Advanced knowledge of MailChimp for email marketing as well as SEO, Hootsuite, Wordpress and other digital marketing tools 
  • Perfect knowledge of web analytics took such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends e.t.c. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and combine multiple projects with optimal performance.
