Job Title: Corporate Secretary / Lawyer
Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Surulere, Lagos

Requirements
- Minimum qualification of Degree - LLB, BL (LLM is an added advantage)
- 2 years minimum experience working as a lawyer in a commercial law firm or as an in-house lawyer in a company.
- Excellent grasp of commercial law and corporate matters in general.
- Experience in Company Secretarial duties will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and business skills
- Good IT skills in Microsoft outlook, Ms-word, Excel and Powerpoint.
