Eneight is a fully fledged indigenous Nigerian company with special focus on Manufacturing, Branding, Merchandising, Digital Signage and experiential marketing which includes solutions such as Video Walls, Interactive Kiosks, LED displays and customized software products for individuals and corporate organizations across Africa and the Middle East.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Sangotedo - Lakowe, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Understanding company’s present status, identifying opportunities company can leverage on to increase sales of services and preparing forecastsbase present statistical result.
• Drafting daily/monthly strategic plan and coordinating marketingstrategies to boost company’s image and rate of sales
• Analyzing market trends, team performance, campaign analysis, attendance, target status, and competition status, as well as validating every sales made, processing of documents for ownership of property purchased by clients
• Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
• Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
• Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivateprospect to make purchase.
• Drafting press releases, representing the company at socialmedia outlets, developing annual forecasts, and seeking to minimize marketing expenses
• Providing guidelines and guidance to personnel on the application of procedures, and monitoring and following up on specific tasks and project deliverable

Requirements

• HND / BSc. in Marketing or any related field.
• Strong portfolio with demonstrated skills and abilities for the Real Estate marketing.
• 2-5years of experience as Marketing Manager (in Real Estate is an added advantage)
• Versatile with working with Startup Company.

Salary
N130,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
