We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Location: Sangotedo, Lakwe - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities and Duties

• Build and maintain relationships with the entire customer base assigned; by ensuring constant engagement with customers during purchase,verifying payment, documentation process, acquisition of property and after sales services.
• Communicating accurate and detailed information on company’s service to prospect and follow up on converting to paying customer
• Reach out to new and old customers, informing them of ongoing benefit and promo to boost company’s sales
• Responsible for Customer Satisfaction and high service quality standards, constantly handling every customer base on company’s policies
• Attending to all complaint and proffers lasting solution such that clients are satisfy with company’s services
• Report customers unresolved complaint to be taking up and addressed by senior management and follow up on quick response so as to promote company’s image

Requirements

• HND / BSc in Mass Communication or any related field
• Excellent Communication
• 0-2 years of experience in Real Estate Industry is added advantage
• Working with less or no supervision
• Willing to work in a Start-up
