Position Details

• We require the services of an experienced Pastry / Grill Cook that is very good in preparing excellent Pastry and Grill food such as Barbecue Fish, Bread, MeatPie, Sausage Roll, Pepper Meat, Pepper Chicken, etc.
• As a Pastry / Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing meals on-demand, maintenance of pantry supplies, and satisfying guest requests, among other things.
• Producing delicious and healthy barbecue fish, bread, meatpie, sausage roll, pepper meat, pepper chicken and other pastry and grill food items.
• Slicing, cutting, shredding, tenderizing, and skewering meat and vegetables.
• Braising and grilling meat and vegetables.
• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene and safety standards.
• Be responsible for taking and fulfilling customer orders correctly.
• Checking that ingredients remain fresh and safe for consumption.
• Tracking inventory to ensure that you always have adequate supplies.
• Working as a team while promoting the the spirit of teamwork among collegues.
• Be polite to guests and displaying excellent guest service skills.
