Job Title: Head, Information Technology
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- The role reports to the Head, Technology and will be responsible for:
- Technical implementation of new business solution projects to time, cost, scope, and quality.
- Technical implementation and administrative support.
- System integration requirements and solution analysis for new business initiatives.
- Analyze new user and solution requirements to develop solutions that align with requirements.
- Implement new solutions using the concept of shared infrastructure services to minimize capital
- expenditure and optimize transaction costs for new business initiatives.
- System Operations Support to internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
- Ensure full documentation and standardization of all processes.
- Efficient and timely deployment of fixes and patches.
- External and internal customer satisfaction, based on customer ratings.
- Satisfactory audit rating for new products and initiatives.
- Project implementation within schedule, cost, and scope.
- Monitor staff performances and encourage development within the team.
- Promote a climate of accountability, openness, collaboration, and innovation.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology or Applied Sciences.
- Strong Issue Resolution Acumen.
- Technical Knowledge in Information Technology.
- Knowledge of basic SQL.
- Project Implementation and Management skills.
- Ability to relate with clients to achieve business goals.
- Analytical and Interpersonal skills.
