Qualifications
The right candidate will have:
- Bachelor's Degree qualification.
- Minimum of 5 Years of Experience of which 2 should be in Business Analysis (Post NYSC).
- Proven business analysis experience in Telco CRM
- Should be able to conduct customer workshops, capture the processes and customer requirements and document them.
- Should be able to analyse functional requirements and evaluate them against the OOB capabilities of Salesforce.
