Job Description

• The Programme and Membership Officer is responsible for general planning of activities for prgrammes and assists in preparation of budgets for programmes.
• Identify and contact new programme partners for business expansion. Conduct programme reviews and prepare reports for the Management Committee of the organisation.
• He is also responsible for a smooth membership administration and for conducting membership relation programmes and membership drives. Maintain a good communication with the members of the body, with a focus to ensure steady growth of membership base.
• In the today’s fast-paced, creative and evolving work environment, the Officer must possess quick thinking, creativity, and take charge aptitude that responds on short notice yet produces high-quality results. The position requires a highly organized individual with strong people skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

Qualification

• The Applicant must have a Degree certificate in Administration, Social Science, Humanity or any relevant course.

Desired Skills:

• Proficiency in use of Excel
• Must have soft internet skills - use and application of Google Drive, Google Form etc to host and manage membership data.
