Job Title: Supervisor

Location: Ago Iwoye, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
The supervisor will:

• Be responsible for 360 operations management at the cinema
• Provide business support for the central operations manager
• Oversee retail sales activities with a view to maximising profits
• Train cinema staff to adhere to best practices and company policy.

Minimum Qualifications

• A Degree in any discipline
• 4 years experience in hospitality management
• Cinema work experience is an added advantage.

Skills:

• Proficiency with computers
• Knowledge of retail sales software
• Understanding of processes
• Good understanding of HSE and regulatory compliance.
