Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Greet all walk-in clients as they come into the store and ask them how they would like to be assisted
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and clients’ relationships.
• Respond to inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner, via phone, email, or social media
• Resolve client complaints by investigating and developing solutions
• Handle clients’ complaints, provide appropriate solutions; follow up to ensure resolution and escalate issues to appropriate personnel as necessary
• Prepare invoices when inquired

Qualifications

• BS.c / HND in related field
• High proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Good networking skills
• High level of accuracy, efficiency and accountability
• Ability to prepare management reports and correspondence
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Salary
N70,000 - N85,000 monthly.
