Eat 'N’ Go Limited is a restaurant group on a mission to become the premier food operator in Africa. So far, our growing family consists of three international brands, Domino's Pizza, Cold Stone Creamery & Pinkberry. Eat ‘N’ Go limited officially started operation in August 2012 with the premier store at 4, Saka Tinubu Victoria Island, Lagos. Today, Eat N' Go has about 100 stores (outlet) across Nigeria and still growing.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: New Product Development Manager (Chef)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Type: Full-time

Job Description

• The role will assist with the new product development process for Eat N Go Limited Operated brand (Domino’s pizza, Cold Stone Creamery and Pinkberry) and will be responsible for overseeing coordination of arts and sample reaction, securing approvals during the process and finalizing all product and packaging prior to lunch.

Qualifications
Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Hotel / Catering Management or Food Science and Technology
• Minimum of 4 years progressive NPD Project management experience in Hotel/Restaurant/Catering/QSR/FMCH
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in hotel or culinary environment as chef/food tech
• Strong detail orientation and ability work with and develop vendors
• Clear understanding of consumer products
• Clear proven records of success in coordinating product development project is a plus
• Proficient use of  MS Excel and power point a must.
