Job Title: Head Legal Services
Location: Nigeria
Minimum Education and Experience
- This position requires a seasoned and consummate Lawyer with LL.B, BL and LLM. Higher qualification will be an added advantage
- Must have a minimum of Fifteen (15) years relevant post call experience
- Versatile in corporate Law, Litigation, Legal Drafting, Arbitration Proceedings and special skills in vetting International agreements
- Good knowledge of Oil and Gas Laws will be an added advantage
- Must be proficient in the use of IT softwares
- Must be a team player, self-motivated and multi-task oriented
- Must not be less than 40 years of age.
