Job Responsibilities
- Answering questions about a company's products or services.
- Processing orders and transactions.
- Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems.
- Delivering information about a company's offerings.
- Providing proactive customer outreach.
- Handling customer complaints.
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or any other related field.
- Attention to detail, Resilience, Adaptability, Achievement Orientation, Teamwork, Oral Communication, Interpersonal relationships, Professionalism, Creativity, Innovation, and Conflict Resolution.
- Must have an appropriate people management qualification
- 3 - 5 years of working experience, preferably in an organization within the same industry is an added advantage.
