TeamAce Limited - Our client, a leading venture capital firm, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Compliance with agreed timeliness for monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements i.e. Profit & Loss account, Balance Sheet, Year-end statements, Cash flow Analysis, Contribution margin by Model.
• Provide financial advice by studying operational issues; applying financial principles and practices; developing recommendations.
• Prepare corporate annual Budget and variance report
• Develop and manage financial systems/policies
• Liaise with other function managers to put finances and account in context
• Monitor and evaluate financial information systems and suggest improvements where needed.
• Implement corporate governance procedures, risk management and internal controls.
• Ensure all ledgers are reconciled and updated monthly (i.e. Creditors Ledger, Debtors Ledgers, Prepayment Accounts amongst others.).
• Develop and maintain credit control Policies and Processes.
• Manage Organization’s tax matters and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Accounting or related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years cognate experience.
• Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA) would be an added advantage.
• Cost management experience.
• Proficiency of ERP - Navision.

Salary
N500,000 - N600,000 monthly.
