Job Title: Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
  • Researching prospects and generating leads.
  • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
  • Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
  • Building and maintaining a CRM database.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Participating in sales team meetings.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

  • First Degree in Marketing, Finance, Social Sciences or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
  • Experience in a pressurized working environment with the ability to resolve unexpected conflicting demands in a rapidly changing environment
  • Must demonstrate ability to multi-task and produce accurate documents and reports
  • Good communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and management and other agents
  • Must demonstrate assertiveness and objectivity to deal with work issues firmly and without bias
  • Must consistently exercise discretion in handling interactions, and in directing clients to the appropriate party for resolving problems or complex issues
  • Must have strong Sales and Customer Service experience and abilities
  • Consultative selling and negotiation techniques
  • Knowledge of consumer behavior and local culture
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
  • Deal structuring, persuasion and deal closing skills
