We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Assistant Production Manager

Location: Ode Remo, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties

• Assist production Manager in planning , managing and executing production operations
• Coordinate and plan production prioritiesm workflow and schedule
• Identify and report operational and maintenance problems to prevent ptroduction delays
• Ensure that all equipment, materials and supplies are continuosly available to carry out production processs.
• Optimize production to meet quality and performance standards
• Ensure safety measures and procedures are followed to reduce unexpected incidents and hazards
• Address employees complaints and concerns professionally.
• Manage performance reviews , appraisals, amd promotions for subordinates
• Schedule routine inspection and maintenance of production equipment to prevent equipment break-downs and malfunctioning , etc.,

Qualifications And Skills

• HND / B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering. Relevant Professional certification an advantage
• 5 - 10 yeras of experience. Experience in the automobile manufacturing industrial an adavantage
• Interested candidates must have an academic training or backgroung in Engineering
• Willingness to relocate is desired for the successful candidate
• Knowledge of microsoft office suites an advantage.

Remuneration
N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
