Job Title: Site Supervisor
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Allocate work to subcontractors and oversee their work at all stages of the construction
- Manage the use of building materials.
- Good knowledge of Construction and Supervision of multiple projects daily
- Identify, analyse and develop responses to potential risks and problems that may arise
- Ensure that the project is delivered within agreed timelines and schedule
- Interpretation of architectural, structural, as well as mechanical and electrical drawings
- Design building and drainage structures both manually and through the use of design softwares such as RC Orion, Prota, Staadpro and/or Autocad.
Qualifications
- BSc / HND in Building, Civil Engineering or any other related field
- 2 - 4 years hands on experience in Building or Construction Management
- Must be proficient in the use of leveling instrument
- Must be proficient in the use of MS Excel and MS project for simple project scheduling, data collection and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good work ethics and serious willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to work under pressure
- Effective time management skills
- Good attention to details.
