Job Description

• Daily update of Telecom Pending documents report.
• Preparation of invoices with supporting documents, in accordance with quantity delivered with respect to their LPOs and JCC received, before submission to clients.
• Generation of E-invoice for Telecom clients.
• Matching dummy Invoices with ERP invoice submitted to customers for proper linking on ERP each time payment is made by the client.
• Submission of reconciled accounts to your HOD on the last day of each month.
• Weekly follow up on invoices raised not received, received not submitted and submitted not paid by customers.
• Weekly Report on payments received from Clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Previous experience in as credit control officer.
