Responsibilities
- Finding and developing new markets, leading to sales improvement.
- Managing existing customers for purpose of retention and increasing their values
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients
- Setting goals for team members and ensuring goals are met.
- Training team members to help develop their skills
- Searching for new opportunities in the business environment
- Attending meetings and relevant Business events
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience within Commercial Real Estate is a priority
- The ability to handle pressure and meet targets or deadlines is required
- Excellent time management
- Presentation skill.
