Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced Online Content Marketing Specialist to join our growing Digital Marketing team. 
• The Content Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing engaging content for all digital channels for the Digital Marketing Team to acquire, engage and retain users.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop content marketing strategies to effectively reach the desired target audience and marketing goals.
• Create engaging content for digital platforms and channels including blogs, paid ads, newsletters, in-app campaigns, websites, and social media.
• Manage content calendars and ensure that the content remains consistent across all platforms and channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure the timely delivery of assignments.
• Use content analytics tools to track content across digital channels and platforms and generate reports for campaign measurement and content optimization.
• Keep up to date with content trends, consumer preferences, and advancements in technology.
• Ensure that SEO and SMO strategies are effectively implemented across platforms and channels.
• Edit, proofread, and optimize content.
• Create shareable short and long-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok and other platforms.
• Produce high-quality social media content including but not limited to designing copies, and captions.
• Perform other duties as may be required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business, Public Relations, Marketing or another related field.
• 1-3 years of experience
• 1-2 years in creative /Communications/Content/Marketing Role
• This role requires constant communication; thus, strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Be knowledgeable in content marketing.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to network and establish productive business relationships cross-functionally.
• Strategic thinker with a high level of commercial & business awareness.
