Position Details
- Processing & posting of ALL Cash and Bank Vouchers
- Processing & Disbursing the Petty Cash Expenses – LAG
- Supervision & Reporting of PH Petty Cash Expenses
- Processing of Payment Run as advised by the AP Team.
- Processing of weekly bank payments
- Uploading of Casual & Contract workers on GAPS
- Raising of statutory payments on payroll items
- Preparation of Monthly Bank Reconciliation
- Liaising with banks on treasury actions
- Advance on Mission Reconciliation if applicable
- Update the Cloud with relevant Treasury documents
- Any other duties as assigned.
