Job Title: Legal / Compliance Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Monitors all operational processes and procedures using a compliance management platform toensure that the company complies with all legal regulations and ethical standards.
• Manages information flowby researching, recording and analysing data and information.
• With a regular flow of information and conducting compliance risk assessment, they ensure that the business runs smoothly.
• Act as contact person and liaison between department heads and senior management.
• Conducts regular assessmentsto determine whether policies are compliant with the law.
• Responsible for regulatory filings and compliance
• Responsible for update and production of company policies and menus.
• Drafting and preparation of agreements
• Assist with review and vetting of correspondence and documents
• Draft informative articles on Admoni.
• Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• Must be a Legal Practitioner.
• 2 - 5 years work experience.
• Trains and educates staff so that they are informed of any legal changes and updates to compliance guidelines.
• Must be tech savvy.
