Inner Galaxy Steel Company Limited remains our biggest investment in the Nigerian economy yet. Located in Umuahala community of Abia state which is some 25km to the industrial and commercial city of Aba, it is a focused steel manufacturing outfit with the capacity to produce reinforced steel bars of different sizes as well as steel products of various shapes and sizes for the Nigerian market as well as the West African coast. With our dedication to quality, we have also begun the production of Thermo-Mechanically Treated (TMT) rebars of various sizes as well.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Architectural Designer

Location: Umuahala, Abia
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking for an Architectural Designer who will be responsible for designing and blending our ecosystem such as trees, flowers and landscaping e.t.c to create unique and well-organised environment.

Responsibilities

• Making bids on potential designing for environment,trees,flowers projects
• Developing initial estimates on structure costs,for time and special requirements
• Preparing detailed drawings showing both the appearance and interior structure of projects
• Directing staff in the development of project drawings,studies and budgets
• Preparing work contracts for building and subcontractors
• Visiting worksites to ensure work is being done according to architectural plans

Skills / Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or experience/acquired skill in same field.
• Architectural designer should be between 26 to 30 years age bracket
• Should have an experience between 1 to 5 years.
• Must be willing to live on the company premises.
• A portfolio of completed designs.
• Excellent technical skills,particularly with CAD software.
• Strong creative design and time management skills.
• Good communication,and interpersonal skills.
