Job Title: Telesales Executive

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
• Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
• Provide Research Support
• Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
• Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, and feedback on services
• Keeping up to date on all services and informing customers of new services
• Answering customers' questions on the products.
• Meeting sales quotas.
• Visiting potential clients.

Qualifications and Skills

• B.Sc Degree in related fields
• 1 - 3 years relevant work experience.
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent use of Microsoft office suites.

Salary
N80,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
