Job Title: Assistant Manager (Human Resources &Administration)

Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent.in Human Resource Management or Social Sciences.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in Human Resources Management.
- Possession of a Professional Certificate of C.I.P.M. or evidence of progression in the exams.
- Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
- Ability to interact with people both staff and customers alike.
- Conversant with Microsoft office packages and at least one Human Resource Software.
- Good co-ordination and organizational skills.
- Excellent multi-tasking and problem solving skills.
- Strong team interaction and support skills.
- Honest, and Reliability.
- Good presentation skills.
- Good team player, innovative and proactive.
