Job Title: Assistant Manager (Human Resources &Administration)


Location: Nigeria

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent.in Human Resource Management or Social Sciences.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in Human Resources Management.
  • Possession of a Professional Certificate of C.I.P.M. or evidence of progression in the exams.
  • Skills/Abilities:
  • Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with people both staff and customers alike.
  • Conversant with Microsoft office packages and at least one Human Resource Software.
  • Good co-ordination and organizational skills.
  • Excellent multi-tasking and problem solving skills.
  • Strong team interaction and support skills.
  • Honest, and Reliability.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Good team player, innovative and proactive.
