Job Title: Client Acquisition Associate

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Job Type: Full Time | On-site

Job Summary

  • As the Client Acquisition Associate, you are to identify and communicate the benefits of our services to potential and existing clients in order to drive sales and serve as the point of contact between the company and clients.
  • To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.

Job Responsibilities
You will have the following responsibilities but are not limited to:

  • Generate leads & Identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate the sales process..
  • Negotiate all contracts with prospective customers.
  • Set up and deliver sales presentations on a daily basis .
  • Help determine price schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • Visit prospects and customers to evaluate needs or promote services.
  • Ensure systematic follow-up with the clients to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure.
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and existing customers.
  • Ensure all payments are collected as per the company's payment terms.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports.
  • Communicate clients concerns, requests, and reviews to top management.
  • Follow and achieve the company's sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Comply with all procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Skills

  • HND / B.Sc in Marketing / Sales or any related field.
  • Mininimum of 3 years proven experience working in a similar role.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Able to work independently and as a team player
  • Customer focus and result oriented approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Track record of exceeding targets.
  • Presentation/Pitching skills
  • A fast learner with strong negotiating skills.
  • Personable and professional.
