Job Title: Retail Operations Manager - National

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: CEO - Manages Regional Retail Team Leads

Summary of Role

• The Retail Manager will oversee all of the daily operations of the stores via the regional team leads.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales and essential KPI.
• Able to manage the store’s employees - performance evaluation, scheduling, and assigning duties and responsibilities by training, coaching, and developing the team.
• Demonstrate cost efficiency and attention to quality detail

Skills & Knowledge

• Graduate (B.Sc or HND) in any discipline
• Good standard of numerical skills.
• Worked in a fast pace, high-traffic store
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• The ability to plan and prioritize workloads and delegate accordingly
• Able to develop excellent product knowledge to engage with customers.
