Job Overview

  • We are looking for an exceptional Growth Marketing Leader who will work with Duplo’s Leadership Team and own the end-to-end growth strategy, execution and optimization.
  • The ideal candidate is a data-driven, user-focused marketer, who can both think strategically and dive into details.
  • You will be equipped with the resources to take ownership and build a world-class growth engine for Duplo.
  • The Head of Growth will be responsible for leading Duplo’s Growth and Marketing Team, owning aggressive growth goals, setting the strategy, and hiring and managing a high-performing team.

Responsibilities
As Head of Growth, you will:

  • Build and own Duplo’s growth model
  • Crunch data to understand prospective customer behavior and transform those insights into prioritized growth initiatives across AARRR metrics
  • Work closely with our Sales Team and be responsible for optimizing their tools, target lists and in other ways enable sales to be successful
  • Work closely with our Customer Success Team and build the digital flows we need to ensure customer success (implement marketing automation tools, NPS tracking, health scores and more)
  • Launch marketing initiatives on Linkedin, and other channels to build a funnel of MQL`s (create adds, implement marketing automation and lead-scoring)
  • Develop a deep understanding of our (prospective) users and their motivations
  • Become an expert on our customer acquisition channels, funnels and marketing stack
  • Own the marketing budget, and allocate optimally across tools and channels
  • Identify and prioritize growth experiments - e.g. optimize existing channels, and discover new ones
  • Establish a growth habit and culture of experimentation.
  • Work with the team to prioritize and implement growth experiments
  • Work closely with the Product Team to refine UX, copy, and messaging
  • Steward Duplo’s brand and voice; ensure consistency in all our communication
  • Manage, track and analyze key metrics to monitor customer acquisition, revenue/brand performance/engagement , customer retention  and create strategies for improvement.
  • Manage and continue to build the Growth/Marketing Team

Technical & Professional Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited educational institution
  • An MBA or other advanced degree (nice to have)
  • 5+ years of marketing/growth/product marketing experience; 2+ years of experience leading a Marketing/Growth Team
  • 2 years experience in SEO Marketing
  • Proven experience in developing B2B growth and marketing strategies
  • Proven track record of building, bringing to market, and scaling digital products and services
  • Significant experience in marketing or user acquisition and growth experience proliferating digital products and services
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively: analyze, synthesize, recommend and take actions
  • A passion for growth marketing and driving customer adoption
  • Experience working in a start-up environment desirable
