Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop timely work plans and budgets for activities to support health facility teams utilize quality improvement methodologies to improve HIV care.
  • Efficiently coordinate the implementation of QI and QA activities across supported health facilities
  • Manage quality improvement collaboratives among sites to improve care for people with HIV, including conducting peer learning sessions and site coaching.
  • Regular report writing including progress reports, QI bulletins and success stories.
  • Support site and LGA quality improvement teams conduct monthly data collection, analysis, use and reporting
  • Develop and update materials for trainings, learning sessions and coaching visits.
  • Coordinate assessments, site strengthening, follow-up and supervision, including developing supportive supervision guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Public Health or related field.
  • At least 4 years post qualification and minimum of two (2) years HIV/TB clinical experience.
  • Public health experience and familiarity with quality improvement methodologies is essential.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel and spend at least 25% of their time in the field.
