Job Description

• We are looking for a motivated Accounts Assistant to support the Accounts Supervisor in performing daily accounting tasks.
• Accounts Assistant responsibilities include managing expense reports and reimbursements, entering financial transactions into our internal databases, reconciling invoices and debt follow-up. If you have an Accounting Diploma (OND)and are interested in gaining experience in bookkeeping procedures, we’d like to meet you.
• Ultimately, you will help our Accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions. You should be trustworthy, efficient and organized.

Requirements

• OND (Accounting, Finance or relevant field)
• 0 - 3 years work experience.
• Proven work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
• Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
• Strong organization skills
• Time management skills
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel and other accounting software
• High integrity index
• Ability to keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts
• Ability to handle sensitive confidential information
