Job Title: Sales / Customer Service Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Requirements

• Our ideal candidate is a graduate with excellent knowledge of customer service best practices
• 1 - 3 years relevant work experience.
• You should also be goal oriented.
• We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills.
• Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales operations.
• Expand company brand,create new clients,engage clients on the field, construction sites, exhibitions,etc.
• Experience in a similar role is an added advantage
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication skills
• In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
• Analytical and multitasking skills
• Teamwork and motivational skills.

Remuneration

• Salary: N60,000 Monthly.
• Five percent incentive after cost is included to remuneration monthly for every sales generated.
