We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the maintenance of Electrical equipment for optimum performance, raise indent for replacement of spare parts and provides maintenance support for shift operations.
• Prepare preliminary and final design of electric construction and maintenance projects; estimate project costs; prepare specifications and bid documents; coordinate and inspect major construction projects to ensure specifications are being met.
• Coordinate and oversee the installation and testing of electrical equipment and control systems.
• Ensure compliance of the electric utility with local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding safety and environmental issues.
• Perform and/or supervise work involving major design installation, maintenance, and repair of substation, capacitors, relays, circuit breakers, transformers, lighting equipment, generators, and related apparatus and systems.
• Ensures/enforces maximum safety procedure in execution of all jobs.
• Ensure compliance with ISO Standards.
• Understand and resolve SCADA, PLC and other control systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering / Instrumentation or a related Engineering field.
• COREN and NSE Membership will be an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Lotion or Liquid Manufacturing Industry.
• Knowledgeable in Auto Dosing, Air Valves, Pumps, Motor Sensors, Packaging Machineries, Calibration of Equipment, and various control systems.
• Hands on experience on Maintenance work
• Extensive knowledge of Electrical & Electronics Engineering designs, installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Must have a proven ability to plan / lead projects and must be able to work under pressure.
• Must have strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills to work in a multidisciplinary and multi-tasking team.
