Requirements

• Master's Degree in Human Resource Management
• 7 years of experience working in roles such as talent manager, senior talent manager, senior human resource manager.
• Certification in Human Resource Management
• Strong understanding of labour law.
• Strong strategic, people management, and tactical execution experience leading a recruiting team/function.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Proven track record managing and engaging the team to deliver high performance.
