Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Job Description
- Provide excellent customer service and handle guest check-ins/booking.
- Address guests enquiries and complaints.
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect or keep messages in timely manner and direct calls to appropriate departments.
- Receive mails, letters, and packages.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Keep updated records and files of guests/contact details and follow up.
- Carryout prompt service to achieve client satisfaction, loyalty and respect.
- Manage and keep confidentiality in all correspondences, hotel documents and reports.
- Communicate customer grievances to Management through line Manager.
- Ensure room data is properly stored and saved in the system.
- Take care of transactions made and save money properly.
- Be diplomatic and capable to converse plainly and clearly.
- Take Firm initiative where necessary.
- Be capable of multitasking and be time conscious.
Requirements / Skills
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND qualification.
- 1 - 3 years work experience.
- Be SMART.
- Pay attention to details.
- Be computer literate.
Salary
N50,000 - N55,000 monthly.
