Job Title: Warranty Officer
Locations: Lagos, Abuja and Rivers State
Job Description
- Apply the Dealership warranty and goodwill policy and procedures correctly to achieve highest level ol customer satisfaction.
- Submit accurate warranty and goodwill claims on a daily and weekly basis.
- Monitor daily and weekly warranty reports and ensure compliance with companys policy and industry guidelines amongst others
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of B.Sc/ HND in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering plus three to five years relevant experience.
