• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customer at all times.
• Communicate with customers through various channels.
• Respond quickly to customer inquiries.
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback.
• Deliver information about company's service offerings.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Skills and Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in any relevant discipline.
• Candidate must at least have 1 - 2 years customer service work experience.
• Familiarity with CRM system and practices.
• Excellent Communication and Customer service skills.
