Job Title: Business Manager

Job Description
- Develop marketing strategies, materials, proposals to ensure achievement of service retention divisional objectives.
- Develop service business models to show market & client’s business opportunities. Monitor the Dealer service market to identify gaps in product offerings.
- Responsible for co-ordinating the set-up and roll-out of the business solutions for the client and management of the overall high level project plan
- Liaison with the client stakeholders to document their specific business requirements, including the development of a standard chart of accounts and development of audit rules
- Communication with technical back-office staff including refinish manager, project managers and technical implementation specialists to ensure the solution is stood up on-time and on-budget and meeting the agreed business requirements
- Previous experience in facilitating performance groups as well as assisting clients to develop action plans for performance improvement initiatives
- Monitor business performance through analysis of metrics e.g. Service Capacity Modeling etc.
- Based on market research analysis, develop strategies & influence service market activities to support of the identification of profit opportunities for the clients and the business
- Development and administration of key systems is required to support process and reporting to Management, Regions & Dealers.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and statutory requirements in order to minimize risk exposure and liabilities.
- Preparation and review of budgets, marketing, financial reports for review with the client Management and Executive teams: Lagos
Requirements
- First degree in Finance or Business Administration. MBA is an added advantage
- 5+ years Business Management experience gained at structured corporate
- Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Very comfortable using the standard suite of Microsoft office software - particularly Excel
- Self confident, professional and skillful at customer contact
- Excellent presentation skills
- Detail orientated but able to see the big picture and operate at a strategic level
