Job Title: Corporate Lawyer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• To be responsible for legal part of running company
• Prepare the appropriate legal documents for local authorities (tax commission, licence commission, etc)
• Design and oversee the company’s policy and position on legal matters.
• Protect the company against legal risks and violations.
• Examine the legal issues related to company business.
• Assist the company with all employing cycle.
• Evaluate new business partnerships with contractors.
• Perform other duties on request related to legal aspects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Law
• Previous job experience at least 3 years
• Perfect knowledge of gambling legislation in Nigeria.

Salary
N351,500 Monthly.
