Oyeth Consulting Limited - Our client, located at Ogombo Road, Eti-Osa LGA, Ajah, Lagos, is into the production, processing and packaging of Food Spices, Flour, ChinChin, Bread, Water, Zobo and other food and drinks items.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Water Factory Operator

Location: Eti-Osa - Ajah, Lagos

Details

• Are you able to operate water production and packaging equipment efficiently and safely? Do you have experience in packaging and bottling in a food and drinks industry?
• If so, we have the perfect progression opportunity for you!

The Person

• 2+ years’ experience working in related role
• Minimum of HND / B.Sc in Food Science or equivalent
• Proven experience in bottle water production
• Must be living around Lekki, Ajah, Lagos

You’ll be Great if:

• You are able to efficiently handle filling and blower machines
• You possess overall knowledge and understanding of the entire production line
• You maintain quality and production standards while operating equipment
• You operate equipment on packaging lines
• You plan to ensure work as scheduled is completed on time, and to maximum efficiency
• You prepare weekly reports on plant operations and controls
• You assist in minor maintenance on machinery and equipment
• You maintain and promote Health and Safety standards within your team
• You observe and inspects plant quality of raw water and all plant equipment
• You have the ability and responsibility to train employees on proper operating procedures
• You take initiative through driving efficiencies and monitoring quality processes of the factory
• You arrive at work on time and maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance

Skills Required:

• Team first attitude
• Packaging equipment operations
• Keep your assigned machinery operating efficiently
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
