We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Supervisor

Location: Egbe, Ikotun - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to all established Standard Operating Procedures relating to food production.
• Ensure adherence to all established Standard Operating Procedures relating to the outlet operations and help desk activities.
• Enforce compliance to the established food safety and quality policies
• Ensure compliance to the standard recipe and measurements.
• Ensure optimum performance in controlling the quality level of product and service, operating costs, customer satisfaction and safety procedures as well as sanitation, cleanliness and hygiene.
• Focus on continuous improvement to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce nonconformance to standards.
• Ensure standards of hygiene are maintained and that the outlet complies with health and safety regulations.
• Ensure all tasks assigned to team members are accomplished in a timely manner, effectively and efficiently.
• Interface with the senior management and effectively diffuse information to team members.
• Recommend measures for improving work procedures and team members’ efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure profitability of the outlet.
• Maximize sales and marketing opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND qualification in a related field.
• 3 - 5 years retail industry experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role in the food or retail industry.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced work environment
• Ability to work efficiently with cross functional team members.
• Candidate should reside within Egbe, Ikotun, Ejigboand environs.

Salary
N40,000 - N50,000 / month.
