PreDiagnosis International is a Non-Governmental Organization whose objective is to deliver health care programs and services to address the gap in the health sector. Our major role is the maintenance, improvement of health through prevention, diagnosis and treatment of illness and injuries and other physical impairment in people who are vulnerable to diabetes, hypertension, and hypercholesterolemia. Our mission is to rescue 5 million vulnerable Nigerians by the year 2025.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Telemarketer

Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)

Job Brief

• We currently seek an experienced individual with a history of successful performance to create and implement communication strategies that further our goals, drive sales, promote our brand, interact with the public and establish productive relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Responsible for promoting brand development.
• Responsible for marketing and promoting products and services.
• Ensures new telemarketing initiatives are followed through.
• Responsible for ensuring services are communicated to potential clients and the general public in the Health industry.
• Providing concierge-like services, working in a call center.
• Serve as the first point of contact for all interactions with clients
• Extensive knowledge of using online call center phone and tracking system.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with at least 5 years work experience.
• Experience as a call center agent preferably within the healthcare
• Knowledge of telemedicine
• Must either be based in Abuja
• Must be computer literate
• Marketing, Sales, IT, and Business Savvy.
• Interactive marketing and sales experience.
