Job Title: Accounts Supervisor - SoE

Purpose Statements:
To provide timely, accurate and up to date financial information to enhance the decision making of the organisation as far as finance and accounts is concerned.
Key Deliverables:
- Financial Statements - audited
- Management accounts - P&L, B/S Cash flows and supporting schedules
- Bank reconciliations
- Fixed asset register
- Prepayment register
- Stock reconciliations
- Receivables - age analysis and individual accounts
- Payables - age analysis and individual accounts
- Petty cash reconciliations
- Statutory remittances - taxes, pensions
- Any other accounting function
- Help educate and enhance Oracle implementation in SoE as far and accounts is concerned
Minimum Qualification / Experience:
- Accounting Graduate with at least 2 years work experience in similar role
- ACA, ACCA or final stage in ICAN
Knowledge/Skills:
- In depth knowledge of accounting package
- Good knowledge of excel
- Ability to think on his/her feet
- Requires minimal supervision
- Ability to be creative in doing the mundane (routine accounting)
- Ability to manage time and other resources available - human and material
