Job Title: Professional Personal Chef

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

• Consult the CEO to determine his meal preferences, specifications, food allergies, and dietary restrictions.
• Prepare customized meal plans for the CEO based on his preferences, specifications, and dietary needs.
• Procure foodstuffs, ingredients as well as necessary kitchen tools and equipment.
• Inspect foodstuffs and ingredients before making purchases to ensure that they are of the highest quality.
• Prepare meals in the CEO's kitchen and follow health and safety regulations.
• Clean and sanitize work areas before and after meal preparation.
• Appropriately package and label prepared meals that are to be consumed at a later date.
• Provide the CEO with written or verbal instructions on how to heat meals.

Requirements and Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a Culinary Field.
• At least 3 years of culinary experience.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Knowledge of various local & intercontinental cuisine, but not limited to; European, Italian, French, Asian, African, Chinese, Japanese, and Afro-fusion.
• Ability to understand and execute recipes.
• Strong time management & organizational skills.
• Male candidate preferred.

Salary
N80,000.00 - N100,000.00 per month
